Maybe: There are no studies which address this question so there is no evidence-based answer to your question.  However, tamoxifen is limited by the fda to five years of use for several very good reasons: even if you have had a hysterectomy and thus there is no uterine cancer risk, some breast cancers have been observed to mutate into resistant forms after 5 years on it. Yes, but: Both are powerful, potentially dangerous drugs that should be monitored by physicians expert in their use. The major problem in mixing them is in white cell production and liver inflammation. Please follow your doctor's instructions carefully, and report any unusual symptoms to her/him. The benefit to risk ratio is a constant assessment doctors make when prescribing any medication(s).

Sure: This abdominal belt will unlikely have any effect on your mastectomy and will not interfere with your tamoxifen. I personally believe there are far more better core workout programs but if this is the path you choose for core work your mastectomy should not interfere

If : If your breast cancer was estrogen receptor-negative then you will not benefit from hormonal adjuvant therapy like tamoxifen (actually women who are past their menopause should be on Arimidex (anastrozole) not tamoxifen) either way you will not benefit from those since your mass is estrogen receptor negative. At 67 you should probably still get radiation as you still have a long life ahead of you...Especially with stage 1 cancer. You have to discuss these options with a breast surgeon...

Yes, but : Taper off slowly so to avoid rebound reflux. Use every other day for a few weeks and then every 3 days for a few weeks an then stop. That being said, if you have barrett's esophagus it is probably best to continue.

Should be okay.: There are no reported interactions between Nexium (esomeprazole) and  Duromine (phentermine.)  Regarding the safety of Duromine, it is usually a safe drug, when supervised under the care of a physician. Any medicine can have side effects, and a few of the rare side effects of Duromine can be severe, so be sure to follow your doctor's advice. good luck.

Safe but why?: Nexium (esomeprazole)  should be taken 30-60 mins before the first meal and zantac nearly at any time. There is no major advantage in taking them both at the same time.
