Implantation bleedin: It may be implantation bleeding but you can only be sure it is if you miss your next period and have positive pregnancy test.

Doctor can evaluate: In the U.S., where almost every child has access to medical care, a girl by age 15-16 years will have seen a doctor for not having periods. This is because "all" the other girls she knows at home, school, or church have started their periods by that age. At age 19, a woman can see her primary care doctor, who can do a good exam and order some lab tests. An endocrinologist or gynecologist may help.

i took progesterone for 10 days and never started a period, im 20 days past the last pill. my dr wanted an appointment so im going thursday, are there other alternatives or something i should be asking for? what are my other options?

: Other options include an IUD or low dose oral bcp's.  Your GYN physician may order a pelvic ultrasound to determine whether you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, which will cause non-ovulatory cycles, and is treated by oral bcp's .

Menarche?: If  you have never had menarche - you should be pregnant. Is the person in question a child, pre-teen or teenager? If in that age group, hopefully they are not engaging in activities that would lead to pregnancy.

Unclear question: If you had a period after sex, you are not pregnant. If you have any doubt, do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i have been taking camrese lo for 7 months  and am on my 3rd pack.during the 2 placebo weeks that i have had i never started my period. is that normal?

Sure: This is an extended cycle birth control pill where you only have a withdrawal bleed every 3 months. Some do not bleed on birth control. If you are concerned about pregnancy then rule it out with a home pregnancy test.

had never started a period and after lots of testing  diagnosed with pof, on estrogen gel and provera (medroxyprogesterone). period only lasts 1 day, does this right?

Very likely OK: Light vaginal bleeding in response to some estrogen and some protestin is to be expected in general but may not necessarily tell if the amount of these hormones is sufficient to treat your "POF". You may need to consult your Gyn-Reproductive endocrinologist for ensuring that you are receiving enough estrogens . An oral estrogen may be much more effective and preferable at your age.

It is normal: A lot of women get tenderness in their breasts at the time of their period.  This is usually normal, but you should bring it up with your gynecologist.

on 1st month of birth control. never started my period @ end of pack. did 3 preg tests all negative. do i need to test again?

May be OK: Depending on which oral contraceptive you were prescribed, not getting any menses at the end of the pack can actually be normal. You should talk to doc who prescribed them as she would know if those pills fall into that category. With 3 negative pregnancy tests, you are not pregnant provided the tests were done after the end of the pack and using first morning urine for the test.
