I took progesterone for 10 days and never started a period, im 20 days past the last pill. my dr wanted an appointment so im going thursday, are there other alternatives or something i should be asking for? what are my other options?

Other options include an IUD or low dose oral bcp's. Your GYN physician may order a pelvic ultrasound to determine whether you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, which will cause non-ovulatory cycles, and is treated by oral bcp's .
