Is it possible to get pregnant if you have never started your period?

Menarche?: If you have never had menarche - you should be pregnant. Is the person in question a child, pre-teen or teenager? If in that age group, hopefully they are not engaging in activities that would lead to pregnancy.

Possible: Unlikely; but, as i always say in medicine anything is possible. The key indicator of pregnancy potential here is ovulation. Generally, regular cycles are a sign that this is happening; however, ovulation can, at times, take place even without that telltale sign.
