Many things.: Lack of appetite is called anorexia.  Not to be confused with anorexia nervosa.  Many things can cause lack of appetite, mood disorders such as depression or anxiety could contribute.  Are you saying you don't eat as much, or that you're not eating food at all.  Are you overweight or thin?  Have you had unwanted weight loss?  See your doctor.

healthy foods: Overall, there are no foods that will give you "six-pack abs, " but eating well with healthy non-fattening foods in combination with a regimented exercise program geared towards toning your abs is what you need.  Avoid fats and carbohydrates if you need to lose weight to get started.  Best wishes.

Complex: Your diet might be high in carbohydrates other than sugar (ie starches) or you may have Insulin dependent diabetes where the body makes sugar from protein when not enough is eaten. In this case the Insulin must be supplied or the patient will be very ill.

At least you care: Hi. I congratulate you for caring about your diet. The average American diet sucks. My simple "avoid" list: fast food, processed food, saturated fat, high fat, white flour, white rice, sugar. The "do eat" list: whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits &amp; veggies, lean meats, healthy oils (canola &amp; olive), nonfat dairy. And of course exercise regularly and don't smoke. To your good health!

i just ate waffles w/ new maple syrup i've never tried, & it was too sweet.i noticed it has 53g of sugars! we never eat that much sugar! will i be ok?

Yes, of course: Sugar is not poisonous. It is constant intake of it that does not do you any good.

Eating Disorder: Appetite for food is regulated by a number of neurohormones, as well as your blood sugar level, and feedback from your stomach.  A number of medications can affect your appetite, making it seem like you are never satisfied, as well as a number of problems with your stomach, or with your brain (lack of feedback).  See your doctor to start to sort out the problem before you become obese.

i am terrified to gain weight. i am 16, 5'9, 133 lbs, i eat about 1500 calories, never eat at night and exercise a little, am i going to gain weight?

Assuming: you are accurately estimating your calorie intake, it is unlikely that you would gain weight. Currently, at your age/height/weight, you are burning about 1600-1800 calories a day with very little exercise. So actually, the expectation would be that you maintain or actually lose weight very slowly.

sir from my childhood days i never eat bitter foods, but i eat sweets a lot.even if i eat a lot, my face always looks thin(wt 66)is it because of worms?

Hard to tell: A stool  sample could be analysed for evidence of tapeworm or other similar agent. Blood tests can also give some evidence. However, some people are thin because they have the genetics/metabolism for it.
