Teeth: can cause local and referred pain but not usually to the shoulder, Gargle and use ibuprofen but go see your dentist

ANS: yes it COULD be but only your Dr can tell you. Depends on type of cancer it was, what the path report said, your family hx of thyroid cancer and many other things. Ask your team.

Prob not: Need to follow up with your doctor who investigates your case and order mri. Frequent follow up with  med provider is the best way to detect something early.

2 weeks ago i had chest ex-rays and they found a enlarged lymphnode now i went for a second ex-ray and they said its going down but im still having neck pain  chest pain fatigue and problems breathing what could this be?

More info: I need more information to answer the question.  I would suggest you get a chest cat scan. The scan will determine if you have a lung tumor, lymphoma, emphema, or scar tissue. Also , there could be a metastatic cancerous lesion.

i have severe forehead pain thru my nose, my nose feels like swollen like kinda enlarged or thickened..have vertigo neck pain is this sinusitis?

Sounds like it: That would be what i would think.  I would try a nasal decongestant and see if you symptoms don't resolve.  Note, if you have high blood pressure, some of those products are not to be used.  So, read warning labels.

Needs evaluation: It sounds like you perhaps you have already begun to seek evaluation for these symptoms given that you appear to have some results for a serum protein electrophoresis test. Normal : That can be normal. It means one tonsil was affected so far. It could also be good particles trapped in the tonsil spaces. Gargle with warm salt water 2-3 times a day and it should improve. Look in the mirror and try to see the tonsil and condition of the tissues. If you yellow stuff or particles consider seeing a doctor if it persists

Sore throat: You need to get your throat checked by an ent.  You need also to make sure you don't have mono.
After that a decision will be made on the chronicity of your condition and whether the tonsil need to come out.
