Can't say for sure: Your physicians  evaluation will help clarify what's going on. You can have a major problem with your gallbladder, you can have a reflux syndrome as well, or you can have an intestinal issue as well.  You do you need an evaluation to clarify these issues

Acid, asthma, heart!: Most likely source of chest tightness occurring at rest at night with or without nausea is gastroesophageal problem (heartburn, acid reflux, ulcer). Another source is lung-related (asthma, COPD). The deadliest source is heart-related (heart attack, heart disease, irregular heartbeat, blood clot in heart/lung). GO TO ER NOW to rule out a heart problem!!! If ER clears you, then go to PCP for eval.

Pruritus: must check lab work including liver function tests to determine the cause.  Please see your physician for an exam.

They may: Your symptoms may be related in case you got an urinary tract infection, common with kidney stones. Check your temperature, drink plenty of fluids and do not hesitate to seek immediate medical attention in case your symptoms worsen, since an obstruction complicated by an infection may become quickly life- threatening.

Missed cycle: Highly unlikely you would be pregnant with the Tubal ligation history.  You may have had an anovulatory cycle this one time (not released an egg).  See if the period misses again, and if it does, then see the GYN for an evaluation of secondary amenorrhea.  Best wishes.

Cant tell here. C MD: Could be a gyn issue (e.G ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, etc), bladder infection, GI problem, kidney or hormone issue, other call your doc.

i had my gall bladder removed a month ago. it went okay for a while now  i have diarea and lack of appetite along with nausea at night?

Gallbladder surgery: Post gb surgery  you have to monitor your diet. 5-10/100 will have post surgery diarrhea/ dumping. A high fat diet,caffeine, dairy, sweets may result in diarrhea. it may be as a result of increased bile in GI tract .Sometimes meds that absorb bile like Questran (cholestyramine) are useful. May be change in flora of intestine,so probiotics may be of some use.Also maybe retained stonne /infection. See a doctor.

: Although scanty description, might  speculate that  you are experiencing episodes of a  migraine variant such as Horton's cephalgia, or cluster headaches.  You will need a neurologist to manage this if indeed the diagnosis above is correct.

Nausea: I wonder if during this time you've had a chance to consult with a doc and if so, what did the doc say? It's definitely not normal to experience what you've been experiencing but without knowing the full story and doing a physical exam, it's essentially impossible to direct you anywhere from here.

R.O lesion: Nausea for the most part is reflux of gastric content thru gastro-esoph sphincter.  If persistent then some form of partial outlet obstruction of stomach  present. The on and off anemia would suggest possible lesion near pylorus that is intermittently bleeding.  Gastroscopy and possible biopsy of site of any path required.
