For the last year or so i have severe nausea at night to the point i am throwing up every time. even my own saliva make me feel sick to my stomach.

Nausea: I wonder if during this time you've had a chance to consult with a doc and if so, what did the doc say? It's definitely not normal to experience what you've been experiencing but without knowing the full story and doing a physical exam, it's essentially impossible to direct you anywhere from here.

Have you checked: For sleep apnea. May be due to obstructive apnea you are not able to easily swallow or breath shen you lay down.
