Word of caution: I can understand the desire to do something to improve your health, but not clear to me if any of these items help or even hurt.  I imagine they are expensive.  Suggest you conference with your nephrologist and nurse, and be open about these "natural medications", and get further advice.

Possible: Incontinence should not be considered a benign symptoms so review this with your doctor. If you are having simple anal leakage from decreased rectal tone, bulking agents such as fiber and anti-diarrhea agents such as immodium may help.

Yogurt: eat yogurt,it will revive the natural bacterial flora and kill the fungus.
some recommend a vinegar douche.
but if you have a full blown fungus infection you have to have medication.

Consider eating oatmeal, bran, apples, oranges, pears, bananas, grapefruit, hazelnuts, avocado, brewer's yeast,  royal jelly, saffron, tumeric, honey (buckwheat), alfalfa sprouts, celery, beets, eggplant, garlic, onion, chili peppers, legumes, dandelion root & jerusalem artichoke. Avoid deep fried foods & whole eggs.

Fish oil: Fish oil is great!  make sure you get 1.2 grams of epa:dha at 3:2 ratio daily.  Take with meals for better absorption and decreasing side effect of fishy taste upon belching!  dont buy the products that have saturated fats; the cheaper brands!

Not natural: Gout is the painful precipitation of uric acid crystals in various joints of the body the most famous being the great toe.  Management is by blocking synthesis of the uric acid by a pharmacological agent called allopurinol.  This is so effective, and safe, that i wonder why anyone would consider anything else.  No "natural" product comes close.

on citalopram 20 mg wanted to no if i can take lipo slender and natural cleanse while on this medication

Family practice : It is probably safe to take together.  I would advise you to ask your dr also to make sure he wants you to.
