Not likely to help: A one-time dose like this is unlikely to kill, but also unlikely to help.  It is an entirely unnatural amount of vitamin a to ingest, and there is some evidence that taking vitamin a supplements could be harmful to the heart and the bones, and could increase risk of cancer.  This would be much more likely for daily use than from one-time use, but not worth the risk in my opinion.

Maybe: Pickles contain a lot of salt.  Much of the salt used in commercially processed foods includes a small amount of sodium iodide in with the sodium chloride.  So whether or not a pickle has iodine in it  would depend upon whether or not the pickle-makers used salt with iodine, or plain salt.

Iodine: Iodine is necessary for certain functions in the body, but most important is the thyroid.  The thyroid hormone consists of tyrosine and iodine and without sufficient iodine in the system the body can not make thyroid hormone,   another tissue that utilizes a lot of iodine is the breast tissue.  Iodine also has antibacterial and antiviral properies for the body.

No: Iodine may help to clean skin before procedures. Applying iodine to a burnt skin will cause quick absorption and will only cause toxicity and irritation if it's alcohol based or even non-alcohol based preparation. I would not apply it. Use tap water (warm) to clean it up.
