Nasal spray to throa: Tilt head down and only use 1 spray each time.  Dont breath in when spraying.

Sniffed too hard: 26 yo female prescribed nasal spray from doctor and now with unpleasant feeling of liquid running down back of throat. Nasal sprays only work well if patients use them properly. Sniffing the spray too hard/too much will cause liquid to run down throat and not go where it needs to  (inside of nasal passages/sinuses). Please only a small sniff. And point the spray tip out and back (like towards ear)

No, but: Some people's noses are just more sensitive than others.  If your nose is already irritated, then anything may cause burning.

is it common for cobblestone throat to persist even after taking zyrtec and nasal spray for a week?

Sure: Sometimes, the "cobblestoning" you described is caused by a combination of post-nasal drip and direct effect of the allergen on the mucosa of the back of your throat.  

Stay patient.  It may take a bit longer to resolve.  Fyi - the medicines you are taking are spot-on treatment.

SINUS DRIP: MOST LIKELY YOUR THROAT IS IRRITATED FROM POSTERIOR SINUS DRIP THAT DRIP CONSTANTLY SPECIALLY AT NIGHT AND WHILE SLEEPING. MAKE SURE TO TAKE SOME KIND OF ANTIHISTAMINE AT NIGHT AND ALLERGY MEDICATION DURING THE DAY . USE NASAL SPRAY IF YOU CAN, WHATEVER IT TAKE TO KEEP YOUR SINUSES DRY

: Best see an ENT doctor for exam and treatment. You could have a low grade infection in sinus or throat, but don't treat it yourself, let a doctor find out the cause, not you.

i believe i swallowed some sudafed nasal spray as it dropped through my nose into my throat, i am 18 years of age, is this dangerous i'm worried now!

No: it gets absorbed anyways through your nasal cavity into your blood stream, read the instructions carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage, good luck

Side pocket: Your sinuses are like a side pocket off of your nasal passage. The small opening into the sinus may be blocked by the inflammation but the nasal passage will be open. Nasal sprays and irrigation are very helpful in sinus disease so I would say continue with the treatment.

my nose and throat is getting dried up in night time . morning i can see blood in mucus.i am using humidifier. nasal spray.still i am having the issue?

Sicca syndrome?: There is a condition in which people do not secrete enough fluid in the nose and the mouth.  I hope  you are not using something like an afrin (oxymetazoline) spray.  Tried a saline gel spray for your nose and consider using only biotene mouthwash and toothpaste for your teeth.  An artificial saliva spray may also help.
There may be other considerations as well and thus consider going to your doctor.

i accidentally breathed in too quickly while administering sinex severe nasal spray and a little dripped into my throat. it feels irritated now. im scared i could have swallowed some too. will i be ok?

: Anytime you inhale a nasal spray, a small amount enters your throat and you swallow some. If you swallowed more than usual, drink plenty of fluids and you can use throat lozenges for any throat irritation. Hope you feel better soon. Good luck to you!
