My nose and throat is getting dried up in night time . morning i can see blood in mucus.i am using humidifier. nasal spray.still i am having the issue?

Sicca syndrome?: There is a condition in which people do not secrete enough fluid in the nose and the mouth. I hope you are not using something like an afrin (oxymetazoline) spray. Tried a saline gel spray for your nose and consider using only biotene mouthwash and toothpaste for your teeth. An artificial saliva spray may also help. There may be other considerations as well and thus consider going to your doctor.
