Hi, i have polip in  nasal, i did operation for that 2 yr before, but again it seems that there is a gradual growth in my nasal, how to control it

Polyps can recur especially if the underlying condition hasn't been addressed such as airway inflammation, infection, Aspirin sensitivity.  Recurrence is reduced when there has been a complete removal with ethmoidectomy followed by long term topical nasal steroids.  May also need singulair (montelukast) and allergy/asthma management. Also need to make sure it isn't a tumor such as inverted papilloma.

You could have allergies and polyps can be a sign of that. Sometimes these can be removed to help you breathe. Seeing a doctor or an ear nose doctor will likely give you information. Good luck

When you mean "allergy treatments" you probably mean allergy injection therapy that gives serial injections of things that a person is allergic to from the air, such as dust mites or pollens. Such allergy injection therapy does not help polyps.

Most patients with polyps show intense allergic-like reactions to the toxins from germs that grow inside the sinuses. Such germs include staphylococcus.

Patients who are allergic to aspirin, a desensitization to Aspirin may help treating polyps.

Furthermore, steroid solution, such as Budesonide inhalation solution which is used for treating asthma through a nebulizer, can be instilled into sinuses for those patients who had sinus surgery previously and may help preventing the recurrence of polyps.

I recently had dermal filler injected into my cheeks and nasal labial folds, i noticed a growth at the gum line shortly after. is this filler seeping?

It will be important to go back to the doctor who did the injections and find out what type of filler was injected   also the quantity of filler injected and the depth of the injections.  This question can't be adequately answered without examining the area.

The tear ducts are small channels or pipe like structures that originate as a drain at the base of the tear sac.The tear sac is just below the inner corner of your eye. The drains hug the inside of the nasal wall & drain near the base. If they become swollen or blocked by debris they won't drain well. Eye surgeons can put a thin wire probe through through them to open the channel.

be alarming but several other questions will help clarify. Is it on/around the tonsils...tonsillar cysts are benign and quite common. Does it have a smooth surface? Is it red? Your post-nasal drip is key, I believe. This could easily be an inflammatory reaction to throat irritation. Since it could have been there some time already, I suggest you have your doctor o ENT specialist examine it/you.

Need to know if you have cough and thus the sputum. Pseudomonas is not a common organism in sputum - more indicative of a chronic lung problem, you should consider seeing a chest doctor if the antibiotic failed.
