started wearing reading glasses 1-2 mos ago. not sure if small bump on nasal bridge bone got bigger. could occas wearing glasses do that in 1-2 mos?

To avoid such dryness, lower your thermostat and you may need a humidifier during the winter. Try coating  the insides of your nostril with a very thin film of vaseline daily.

Pimple in nose: Would follow up with doc may need topical antibiotic like mupirocin in nose to treat.  Staph bacteria can reside inside the nose and actually be a source of facial pimples.  F/U with doc

Chronic: Or recurrent upper respiratory infection/inflammation, tonsilar stones wouldn't cause such, if you mean by "bumps under your tonsils " enlarged painless lymph nodes, that could secondary to the chronic inflammation we mentioned above or some other condition, please visit your doctor, good luck
