Yes: The level of rise would depend on the amount of damage to the myocardial cells.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Myocarditis: A normal EKG would rule out clinically significant myocarditis. Troponins may be normal in 50% of the cases. Usually the echocardiogram would show some decrease in.myocardial contractility or some wall motion abnormalities.

No: With massive troponin elevation (300!), you have to rule out coronary occlusion (thrombosis/dissection/embolism) - need coronary angiography to rule that out. Cardiac MRI is sometimes suggestive of myocarditis, but most cardiologists would still need a coronary angiogram to rule out coronary abnormalities.

Tropin, EKG and Echocardiogram results are not consistent with myocarditis and diastolic dysfunction is commonly present in hypertensive patients.
