R S D: The sympathetic nerves control blood flow and sweating and color of the skin.  When the sympathetic nerves are irritated, bouts of pain, discoloration, temperature change and sweat change can occur.  This is referred to as reflex sympathetic dystrophy (rsd).  It is difficult to diagnose and difficult to treat.  A thorough evaluation would be appropriate.

: By five weeks you should have enough healing to provide stability to your surgery. The circulation should be adequate to allow proper healing unless you know of a reason for impaired circulation. If you want to increase circulation use a heating pad.

One is dissolution of a blood clot restoring normal blood flow and the other is developing collateral circulation around the obstructed artery .
I assume this is not "spasm" which should last no more than minutes

Human cells don't survive lack of blood flow for long, so a patient can see a cardiologist, vascular surgeon, rheumatologist, hand surgeon, and primary care doctor to figure it out.
