Nipple pain: Possibly Breast infection, cellulitis or start of gynecomastia. You should probably get that examined.

It may be normal : It may be normal at age 18 in a male. But i will recommend that you have it checked by your doctor to make sure it is not a tumor, which is  very unlikely but for your satisfaction.

Yes it does.: Each person has a different tolerance level for pain. The pain caused by a piercing depends on body location. Ear lobe piercings are usually tolerable. Piercings through cartilage hurt more. The tongue can be quite painful. Nipple &amp; genital piercings have been described as very painful. The pain from doing the piercing is brief.

Depends on technique: Thismreally depends on the original tech inquest used and the presence or absence or a vascular pedicle. You may have to be willing to lose nipple sensation. Scars cannot always be removed but they may be improved. Get some second opinions if your first surgeon is not willing to perform the surgery.

Some basics: If the swelling is a change &amp; painful it may mean that germs have invaded the breast ducts &amp; are starting an infection. Consider using a warm compress to increase blood flow in the area that might allow it to self heal. If it continues,becomes reddened or drains see your doc. It may require an antibiotic or other treatment.

i have a disk like object under a nipple. i am a male, ive had it for a little over a month and it hurts. its a little elevated, however there is no redness, or anything strange with the skin. the only weird stuff is how its slightly swollen?

Disc under nipple: Would f/u /w /MD and have ultrasound and or CT  may be cyst- including ganglion cyst ( benign nerve cysts). schwannoma , fibroma( benign mass), lipoma or  other.  Follow up with  MD

Please see doctor: Any new mass in the breast needs to be evaluated by a physician due to the possibility of a breast cancer. Though not common, breast cancer is possible in women of younger age. Younger women also tend to have more aggressive breast cancers. Time is of the essense.
