I have a disk like object under a nipple. i am a male, ive had it for a little over a month and it hurts. its a little elevated, however there is no redness, or anything strange with the skin. the only weird stuff is how its slightly swollen?

Disc under nipple: Would f/u /w /MD and have ultrasound and or CT may be cyst- including ganglion cyst ( benign nerve cysts). schwannoma , fibroma( benign mass), lipoma or other. Follow up with MD
