Yes: Walking usually is beneficial for low back pain but may in some people make it worse especially if you over-do things. Anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen and gentle exercises such as walking frequently help solve this problem, however, in some cases more advanced medications such as Gabapentin or even surgery are required. Scraped leg: By all means get to the doctor asap because you have an infection in your leg which must be treated immediately. If you have not had a tetanus shot in the last ten years, get one.

Possible sinusitis: This can be due to an infection in the sphenoid sinus which is in back of the skull. If you've had a recent upper respiratory infection, this would be a likely cause of the headache. Discuss this with your physician who will order the appropriate tests and treatment as well as refer you to an otolaryngologist or neurologist depending on his/her assessment. In the meantime, stop smoking.

Likely yes,,: You've just passed a kidney stone, which caused trauma to the inside of the ureter, the tube that urine goes from the kidney to the bladder in.  This results in pain that may continue for a while before it subsides.  If it doesn't go away and/or if it doesn't get better soon with simple pain meds like Tylenol, (acetaminophen) go see your doctor for an exam and possible treatment.  Good luck.
