History and exam: No way to provide an answer without a thorough history and exam. It says that you are pregnant, which could possibly be contributing to your issues due to change in posture and hormone changes.

?not connected: Throbbing neck pain and discomfort in the lower back shouldn't have any direct connection. If symptoms aren't relieved by tylenol (acetaminophen) or persist, have your physician check you for any inflammation in the neck muscles, nodes, thyroid, carotid artery, etc.
