Can walking make the pain of sarciatica worse? i have a feeling of throbbing in my lower back and pain in my left butt.could it be solved alone.?

Yes: Walking usually is beneficial for low back pain but may in some people make it worse especially if you over-do things. Anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen and gentle exercises such as walking frequently help solve this problem, however, in some cases more advanced medications such as Gabapentin or even surgery are required. Yes: Need evaluation and diagnosis see primary care for imaging if indicated very treatable, usually when scource is found.Good luck continued walking will make it hurt worse avoid painful activities.

Pinched Nerve/Muscle: Most times back pain that is sudden onset will resolve. He should use anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen, aleve around the clock and even tylenol (acetaminophen) to help. If this does not resolve he should see his doctor for a muscle relaxant as well. If it still does not resolve, i would recommend him to see a spine specialist for a full evaluation and testing. He may need to get an MRI to see inside.
