Probably not fatal!: There are a lot of causes of low back pain. If this has persisted for more than a day or two you should probably go see your doctor. The list of possible causes if quite long but it would be highly unlikely at your age that this would be something fatal! don't worry but do get it checked out. It is probably something fairly easy to treat.
