See your dentist: Dentists specialize in treating facial issues.  See your dentist and have them evaluate you for bruxism, an abscessed tooth, trigeminal neuralgia, or TMJ. Maybe: You most likely over stressed your muscles with too much gum chewing.  You also may have a problem with your muscles called Myofascial Dysfunction and if you aren't feeling better in a few days have it checked out by your dentist.

my jaw really hurts and my teeth don't line up properly, my two front top teeth don't line up with my two bottom teeth. could my jaw be dislocated?

If sudden change: If this was due to a recent injury to your jaw then it might be dislocated.  Another possible cause is a misalignment of your temporomandibular joints (tmj).  In either case, this would be a sudden change to your bite as if something was suddenly wrong.  Whatever the cause, it would be wise on your part to see a dentist asap to evaluate your teeth, occlusion and joints.

my right ear and the right side of my jaw really hurt, and i don't know why. i put ear drops and the pain is still there. i clean it, so why infected?

Go see your doctor: It's not clear to me whether you're describing otitis media (middle ear infection) or otitis externa (outer ear infection) or something else like eustachian tube dysfunction or temporomandibular joint disorder. If not, then question is best answered by doc who prescribed it to you. Hopefully, you're not borrowing someone else's, since there are 3 strengths ; it may be too strong for you. You also didn't mention strength of Ibuprofen (don't exceed 2, 400-3, 200mg/d) but luckily no interactions.

NSAIDS: The pain you feel is from the ligaments connecting your teeth to your jaw bone inside their specialized cradle called a socket. The inflammation caused by the movement is what is causing the pain. Best suggestion is to take OTC Motrin, Advil or Aleve (naproxen). For pain caused by the brackets and wires against your checks and lips, ask your dentist for Orthodontic Wax to act as a protective shield.

MD: The area sounds infected and perhaps the antibiotics not working. See MD. He may switch antibiotics or refer for drainage if an abscess has formed.
