Go see your doctor: It's not clear to me whether you're describing otitis media (middle ear infection) or otitis externa (outer ear infection) or something else like eustachian tube dysfunction or temporomandibular joint disorder. That's why a physical exam is so important. Good luck! and remember not to stick cotton swabs like qtips in your ear canal!
