Pain is ovulation: The discomfort you describe is likely from ovulation and not implantation. Many women can feel ovulation but almost no one describes feeling implantation. The abdominal pain from ovulation can be difficult to pinpoint location of the pain.

The more natural implant is the inflatable prosthesis but it is definitely not undetectable. It is a plastic implant and can be felt within the penis during the flaccid state. These implants are not meant to be undetectable.

Yes, but rarely!: Implants rarely snap/break but with poor product design it can happen.  Recently, one well known implant company had a significant number of implant fractures where the implant attaches to the crown or denture.  It is this area that is the weakest part of the implant.  I don&#x27;t ever recall seeing or hearing about the body of an implant fracturing.

Yes and No: Butt implants are safe but have a much higher complication rate than breast implants.  Choose your surgeon wisely.  Ask to speak to previous patients.  Check their board certification and don't go with someone with american board of cosmetic surgery.  It's not a recognized board in the United States.

Dental implants F/Up: Dental and medical titanium implants, once placed stimulate the native bone to grow into the surface of the implant. Takes about 100-120 days. Dental implants then can have restorative guided tissue and tooth placement. this takes about another 6 weeks.
