Absolutely: Butt implants tend to look much less natural than fat grafting (the Brazilian Butt Lift. Butt implants tend to have a higher complication rate and the results are not as good (as natural looking) as with a fat transfer. Be sure to consult with board certified plastic surgeons who have a proven record with fat grafting procedures and who can explain the different options for you specifically.
