Ulcers & night sweat: I assume you mean he has 3 ulcers in his stomach. Peptic ulcers are now known to be caused by a germ called h pylori, which should be treated with at least 2 antibiotics and omeprazole. Night sweats are not usually a symptom of peptic ulcer, but can be a symptom in anyone who is very uncomfortable. Ulcers tend to hurt the most at night because there is nothing to buffer the normal acid.

Unusual: Uti, per se , doesn't cause elevated liver enzymes unless the patient develops an associated septick shock (disseminated infection) with very low blood pressure to cause a liver shock/injury. Alternatively antibiotic used to treat UTI may cause drug induced hepatitis. There is many other causes of elevated liver enzymes and sometimes a liver biopsy may be required to find the exact cause.

: Nobody has ever been known to become HIV infected by hand-genital contact. Negative Alere® at 4 weeks proves your symptoms are not due to HIV:  it is not possible to have HIV symptoms that long and still have a negative HIV blood test. So for sure you do not have HIV. See a doctor to evaluate other causes of your symptoms. Good luck.

Probably not: Your symptoms are more suggestive of ibd (inflammatory bowel disease, or crohn's disease) rather than ibs (irritable bowel syndrome). Other less likely possibility is non-hodgkin's lymphoma.  I recommend that you see a physician who treats gastrointestinal disease soon.

Below:  Arachnoid cysts usually aren't the cause of problems, they're found when doing a scan because of the problem, but are usually not the cause of the problem.

Multiple issues: Many things can cause night sweats, including using too many or too much covering. If he does not have fever and has not lost weight, just reduce the amount of covers and use a fan in the bed room. If he has other symptoms, or fever or weight loss, see a doctor.

Many things: I would suggest that you take your temperature for few days in a row to see if you are having fevers. It might be anywhere from very benign problem to very serious one. I recommend to be seen by your physician.
