Probably not: Your symptoms are more suggestive of ibd (inflammatory bowel disease, or crohn's disease) rather than ibs (irritable bowel syndrome). Other less likely possibility is non-hodgkin's lymphoma. I recommend that you see a physician who treats gastrointestinal disease soon.
