Hairy guy?: Many men who are lucky enough to get lots of chest hair have some of these grow backward on themselves in the follicles; these produce foreign body reactions in the follicles that produce a familiar pattern of bumps. Beyond this, without seeing him, it's anybody's guess, though it's very unlikely that if they're all pretty much alike that any is cancer.

my husband has a golf ballish size lump under his skin on the right side of chest and two smaller ones under his ribs larger ones been there a year?

Needs them checked: If he has not been to a physician to have them examined, he should do this right away. These masses could range from be completely benign and not dangerous to cancer.

husband felt peasized lump on chest & back last spring. dr said probably cyst. chest one got bigger & bit red & sore. back one is fine. lipomas or? ?

Epidermal cysts.: Your doctor is probably right, they are probably epidermal cysts. The chest one may be leaking, which often causes redness and soreness.  Some can even become infected. A dermatologist can remove them for him quickly and easily in the office.

i felt a lump on my husband's right side between his ribs and his waist.  he hasn't noticed it and feels fine. what could it be?

Liver/gallbladder: if it is inside the skin and it stays in the same place.  Unless he is very thin, it is really not usual to be able to easily feel liver and that means it might be enlarged.  Even if he is fine, best to get checked by a clinician.

what could itb? husband has a quarter sizd lump on his left nipple, it hurts when pushd. dr did an ultrasound and was told it was a fat fluid in 2012

Male breast: lesion.  If it was ultra sounded two years ago and diagnosed as a lipoma, it may or may not still be a lipoma now.  Regardless it is painful, that is a criteria for removal.  I would see his doctor and get a referral to a surgeon to get it removed.  This is a fairly straight foreword procedure.  It will stop the pain, get the lesion out, and send it to pathology to make sure it is nothing else.

evening dr my husband im suspecting his got lung cancer we just waiting on results cause the x rays shows some lumps in the right lung. what can i do in this situation and his complaining about headache and his surviving on pills.

Gynecomastia : Gynecomastia is the benign enlargement of breast tissue in males. Gynecomastia is the most common abnormality in the male breast.
Clinically, it presents as a soft mobile tender subareolar mass. There are many causes of gynecomastia including hormonal (declines in testosterone level), medication side effect (cimetidine for example - antacid known to cause it!), systemic conditions and idiopathic.

my husband broke one of his back ribs. there is a large lump where the rib was broken. is this the muscle swelling from the broken bone piercing it?

Sounds like: you are describing a "hematoma" collection of blood in the intercostal muscle(s) around the fracture.

An x ray is probably a good idea.

my husband, 82, had a pace maker put in june 22 rd. no problems, blood work all normal. he fell had  pain right side under ribs, had a u. s. a mass is seen, his white count is 17. bil, alt,alp,ast are normal. takes  a lot of meds for heart+ eliquis?

Need diagnosis: The first step is to confirm the diagnosis and find out for sure what the mass is and if it is a cancer. Colon cancer almost always goes to the liver first, so if the liver is clear,  it's often possible to cure the condition with an operation to remove the primary mass.
