Hairy guy?: Many men who are lucky enough to get lots of chest hair have some of these grow backward on themselves in the follicles; these produce foreign body reactions in the follicles that produce a familiar pattern of bumps. Beyond this, without seeing him, it's anybody's guess, though it's very unlikely that if they're all pretty much alike that any is cancer.
