Dr eyes: Try artificial tears and see if that helps.  Bad dry eyes can cause tearing.

Various things: Could be a pterygium, dry eyes, or allergies. Try  otc artificial tears several times a day and see an ophthalmologist for a more specific diagnosis and treatment.

i poked my eye with led pencil it hurts a little and it is watery but nothing's there what should i do?

Flush: I think it sounds like you got really lucky. If you had pierced your cornea you would likely see red in the white part of your eye. You likely bruised it a bit and that's why it's a bit tender and the fact that it's watering is good because it's your eye's natural way of trying to flush out whatever was poked into it. I would advise getting and over the counter saline eye flush and flush 3x a day

Seek treatment: The symptoms you are describing could signify a corneal abrasion, (scratch on the clear part of the eye that lays over the iris), an infection, or iritis, (an inflammation of the iris).  I suggest you seek immediate treatment.

: A physician or ophthalmologist would have to examine you &amp; possibly evert your upper eyelid in order to find the problem should symptoms persist.

my 7 month old daughter hit me in the left eye with her hand. it was the back of her hand but it hurt pretty bad. i can see just fine but it's real watery and burning and feels like something is in there. it happened over 2 hours ago. ?

Abrasion: You may have a corneal abrasion that feels like a foreign body with light-sensitivity, watering, and pain. Your Family Doc can look at your eye with a blue light and dye to confirm. You may just need an eye patch, antibiotic drops, Motrin, and a day for healing. If supportive measures for a don't help, then you'll need to check it out with your ophthalmologist.

Could be: symptoms of allergies. Try Flonase nasal spray over the counter and maybe Claritin. If not better then need to be evaluated by a Physician.

: There are multiple causes for these symptoms currently. It could be flu, but it can also be Covid, or RSV. You should test to see which of these it is (or to rule them out). The importance of testing is that if you can show a positive test, there are treatments for Covid and Influenza which can dramatically reduce complications and hospitalizations in persons over 50.

Could be obstructed: If you did indeed suffer a fracture in your nose you may have disrupted your nasolacrimal system. That would cause tearing and/or mucous discharge. An ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon can probe and irrigate your nasolacrimal system and assess for patency. You should see an ENT doctor too.

TMJ: Headache combined with ear pain suggests TMJ problem. Other symptoms include jaw clicking, limitation of oral opening, chewing discomfort. If this sounds like you, see a TMJ expert. Otherwise see your MD.
