I poked my eye with led pencil it hurts a little and it is watery but nothing's there what should i do?

Flush: I think it sounds like you got really lucky. If you had pierced your cornea you would likely see red in the white part of your eye. You likely bruised it a bit and that's why it's a bit tender and the fact that it's watering is good because it's your eye's natural way of trying to flush out whatever was poked into it. I would advise getting and over the counter saline eye flush and flush 3x a day
