Could be obstructed: If you did indeed suffer a fracture in your nose you may have disrupted your nasolacrimal system. That would cause tearing and/or mucous discharge. An ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon can probe and irrigate your nasolacrimal system and assess for patency. You should see an ENT doctor too.
