I feel like somethings in my eye i spent 10 minutes trying to flush it out it hurts everytime i try to blink and has excessive watery eyes it feels like sand or glass behind my upper eyelid right in the middle?

A physician or ophthalmologist would have to examine you & possibly evert your upper eyelid in order to find the problem should symptoms persist.
