i have a small ball in my ear lobe what is it ?? could it be due to earrings or what ?

Multiple options: This could be scar tissue from an earring or old injury, a lymph node, a cyst or any number of other possibilities.  A better description of size, length of time it's been there, and whether or not it's painful would be helpful.

See a doctor: You should have it looked at by a doctor then appropriate treatment options can be discussed and implemented.  Until you see doctor, apply warm/hot compresses to ear to help circulate blood to the area.

TMJ?: You likely have a TMJ problem from grinding your teeth. This tends to be triggered by teeth-grinding or trauma to the jaw in an accident.

feel fluid in my head its moves around my whole head, sometime put pressure in the area its in, something i feel it in my ear, and move around other areas, what is this, i just want to heal this and go back to my life in peace?

Sinus issues: This sounds like it could be related to sinus congestion, maybe infection. Sometimes over-the-counter nasal sprays can help (combination of saline spray few times per day and a spray containing a steroid, such as generic fluticasone once daily). It would be best to be evaluated by a doctor to be sure you’re not missing a more serious issue, especially if this doesn’t help.

Ear pain can be from the ear (infection, trauma, etc.).  It can be from other things like inflammation of the jaw joint, throat, tonsil, teeth, tongue...

If there are any of these throat issues causing ear pain, you should be evaluated by a doctor.  Especially if you are a smoker.

i just got out of the shower and watrr got in my ear and now i can't hear i used a cotten swab it made it worse how do i get my ear back to normal?

? Ear wax: It may be something as simple as ear wax. You may try putting small amount of oil in your ears to soften the wax and it may come out on its own. Do not use Q tips, that would only push the wax deeper into the ear. There are over the counter treatments for ear wax and you may try those.
If that does not work, see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

hello i'm 24 sometimes my hearing goes in and out spontaneously it's like a second i can hear fine then it sounds like a fan in my ear for a second then it goes back to normal then back to the fan noise ? what could this be?

hi about 2mths ago i had a ringing in my left year and i have been waking up with a pain in my ear. yesterday i felt like my ear was blocked but then it came back to normal but today itshappened again and i cant hear properly.

A : A cold or other upper respiratory tract infection can cause the eusachian tubes to swell and not allow them to relieve the pressure in the middle ear.  It feels likel there is pressure in the ear, you can get fluid in the middle ear, sometimes pain, popping, etc.  A cold that last for longer than 14 days should be seen by a doctor.  Ear symptoms after a cold/uri can last up to 2 months.
