Sinus issues: This sounds like it could be related to sinus congestion, maybe infection. Sometimes over-the-counter nasal sprays can help (combination of saline spray few times per day and a spray containing a steroid, such as generic fluticasone once daily). It would be best to be evaluated by a doctor to be sure you’re not missing a more serious issue, especially if this doesn’t help.
