Feel fluid in my head its moves around my whole head, sometime put pressure in the area its in, something i feel it in my ear, and move around other areas, what is this, i just want to heal this and go back to my life in peace?

Sinus issues: This sounds like it could be related to sinus congestion, maybe infection. Sometimes over-the-counter nasal sprays can help (combination of saline spray few times per day and a spray containing a steroid, such as generic fluticasone once daily). It would be best to be evaluated by a doctor to be sure you’re not missing a more serious issue, especially if this doesn’t help.
