when looking at my chart what does screen-alphafetoprotein diagnosis of mean?

HCC evaluation: AFP = Alpha fetoprotein is a test that can be used to evaluate for hepatocellular carcinoma (hcc). It is also elevated in some germ cell tumors.
AFP "screening" is generally reserved for those with liver disease such as cirrhosis which may be from alcohol or other liver toxins.

according to my chart i have a 12 days luteal phase, however this cycle is going past 12 days. as my temp is still elevated, can luteal phases change?

Yes: There may be some variation in the luteal phase, which, on average, lasts about 14 days.    This is nothing to worry about.

tested pos for hpv in 2015. my chart says neg for 16 & 18. also says pos for other h risk type. what does this mean? will i eventually get cancer?

HPV Strain 45 ?: HPV 16, 18 and 45 account for 90 % of strains that cause cervical cancers
Other strains that are considered less risky for cervical cancer development are 31,33.34,35,  52 &amp; 58!
So best get pap test yearly and follow up with OBGYN for high risk results and further treatments !

my chart reads bipolar vs schizoaffective disorder. what does this mean?

Not sure yet: That means the doctor cannot classify your diagnosis as 100% Bipolar disorder or 100%Schizoaffective disorder.  Often patients don't fit neatly into a single category - symptoms and signs overlap so writing it that way in the chart reminds me that the diagnosis is a little blurry and I should consider both when evaluating the patient.

if ur light strands are high n igg high what can thismean.  no m protein. copy in my chart. ssa pos. sjogrens?

May be the Sjogrens: This could be a sign of light chain disease, caused by your sjogrens, or may be meaningless and never cause problems.  Your best bet is to ask your doctor.  Because they know your history and physical problems it will be easier to nswer your question.  By ordering the test ( this is not a test routinely ordered) your doctor has shown concern over a problem and most likely will have an explanation.

at physical they always note my bmi. it is always over 30 plus. i argue with doc why he puts it in my chart. i am under 10% body fat  bodybuilder ?

Don't think about it: Doctors record your normal weight, even when it is normal. We record normal heights, normal blood pressures, and lots of normal findings. Recording a normal bmi is part of that (and the government wants it recorded as preventive care, due to other's - not yours - weight problems). Medical data is going electronic, so bmi is now calculated from height and weight, regardless of what the doctor does.

md says i have primary lupus &secondary sjogrens. my chart says lupus-sjogrens overlap syndrome.is there a difference between listing them separately?
