what does it mean when your nipples are always sore and your breast itches?

Could be fungal?: Try combining some lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream with Hydrocortisone cream and placing that on for a month.  If its fungal, with it sounds like it is, then it takes that long to stop the growth then your skin gros it out.  That's the most likely issue.  Gd loc.

Dermatitis: This could be seborrheic dermatitis or an irritant from nipples rubbing on clothing.

Nothing bad: This could be dry skin, irritant related (eg: soap/detergent), or yeast. You need to see your doc.

Breast soreness: The symptoms you are describing really warrant a visit to your doctor for an examination.  The redlines make be striae (stretch marks) but can also sometimes signal infection.  Please see your doctor.

can caffeine contribute to a recurrent abscess/ nipple itching? i just thought about it that ive had nipple itching and a recurrent abscess under my right breast ever since i stayed drinking coffee each morning for the past 18 months or so?

: Caffeine is not generally the cause of "recurrent abscess/nipple itching", but chronic mastitis can cause described symptoms. See your gyn provider or a general surgeon for an exam and evaluation of this condition.

today i noticed a hickey like rash on my breast.. right under my nipple. no pain, tenderness, itching. should i be worried about cancer?

Worried?: At your age, and assuming you don't have a strong family history?  Don't worry, be happy. But i would suggest you get it checked by your family doc or gyn anyways. Breast cancer is still possible (if very unlikely) at your age and furthermore, there may be something else going on that needs attention. Best to you.

Eczema: This can be eczema or dry skin of the nipple, try applying vaseline and if not helpful Hydrocortisone cream.

what can cause dry flaky nipple and areola, slightly itches at times. only on right breast area. been going on for about 4 months.

Have it looked at: There are many skin conditions that can effect the nipple, however this needs to be evaluated further by a doctor, gynecologist or dermatologist.  There are rare inflammatory conditions and inflammatory breast cancers that can present like this.  Have it evaluated further.

Set limits: Sexual behavior should be mutually delightful.  You need to tell your BF what limits you expect.  He probably does not know what your end points might be so you need to advise him.  He may have his own limits.   If he persists in overstepping what you are comfortable with, then you might consider another BF.

Probably eczema, but: Could be eczema, but there are many things this could be.  Persistent or enlarging nipple lesions need to be evaluated by your doc for Paget disease of breast.
