Breast soreness: The symptoms you are describing really warrant a visit to your doctor for an examination. The redlines make be striae (stretch marks) but can also sometimes signal infection. Please see your doctor.

Dr. Lopez is perfectly correct. Also itching could be due to irritation. Avoid rough, scratchy clothing and bras. Use unscented detergents and soaps and see if that helps the itchy part.
