High BP: The blood pressure listed is high. If remains high it should be treated. In the long term, untreated hypertension would increase risk of heart and vascular disease, kidney disease, stroke, etc. Try weight loss and low salt diet. If not improved then see you doctor to discuss treatment.

Monitor it for now: Usually i don't treat BP because of one number. I recommend checking your BP several times during the week(three times in am and one time in pm). If the average is more than 140, discuss this with your physician.

In 120-139/80-89 range, lifestyle modification is key: healthy eating & exercis.
