Monitor it for now: Usually i don't treat BP because of one number. I recommend checking your BP several times during the week(three times in am and one time in pm). If the average is more than 140, discuss this with your physician.

BP/Pacemaker: Blood pressure (BP) is too high. Goal is ~120/80 - need additional meds to lower your bp. With pacer the heart rate may be "normal" if the pacemaker is sensing/tracking your own organic pacemaker, which at your age i suspect that it is, and this would be a normally functioning pacer. Otherwise, the sensor in your pacemaker may have been set too high.
