Common problem: Little girls often have issues with their genitals if they are shampooed in a tub, sit in soapy bath water or take bubble baths. This can set up an itch/scratch habit that can injure themselves digging.You can spread & gently rinse the area with plain water & apply an emollient like lanolin or coco butter for comfort.Avoid the settings mentioned.If it continues check for a uti.

Best guess is that from wetting self and being in a damp diaper an irritation of the skin will cause a redness and a swelling of the area. Make sure to change diapers frequently and use a desitin like substance to protect the skin area. Hope that helps.

Typically they resolve on their own but may require surgical treatment if the patient desires quicker relief.  I would recommend evaluation by your physician to decide the best course of action.

WeCanNotAnswerThat: It is very hard for us to answer as we do not know what other tests she has had.Pain in belly button area and vomiting for six months can be serious if she is not gaining weight or has lost weight.Has she seen a Pediatric Gastroenterologist.If so dd she have endoscopic exam.I feel that may be more important than MRI.Consult a Ped Gastroenterologist or get a second opinion.Is she on any treatment?
