Without : Without knowing more, it would seem reasonabe to take some Ibuprofen and place cold packs to the area which is sore and swollen.

See doctor: How do you know it is genital warts? It may be herpes. What you described is more suggestive of herpes. There is treatment to control herpes with medication. But it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Please see a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. If you do not have a doctor, go to the planned parenthood clinic in your area.
