Mri: The vision problems indicate a possible problem in the occipital cortex or visual pathways.  Balance issues may involve the brainstem.  Seek care from a neurologist and possibly a neurosurgeon.

Lump: I would suggest you see your doctor or a surgeon. You had an MRI i would think it would show a lump if it was your bone. However it soft tissue problem it might not have defined the lesion. Obviously you know you have a lump.

Depends...: On other findings on examination.  Mri is generally not used to evaluate cervical disease, but could be useful if a uterine anatomic abnormality is suspected.

Multiple lipomatosis: Multiple familial lipomatosis is an autosomal dominant condition in which patients develop multiple lipomas. Affected individuals will pass it on to 50% of their children. It has variable penetrance, so the size and number of lipomas may vary. Surgery to remove any growing or symptomatic lipomas is the treatment of choice.

: Carpal boss is not a medical term. Hopefully by now you have had the imaging study and received proper treatment for the malady.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Surgery?: A torn medial meniscus usually does not heal, the ligament sprain will heal on its own.  If you are having pain, locking or instability, then you may need arthroscopic surgery to treat the meniscus tear.

Unclear: Is this a new bleed or change in the appearance of the old bleed? The answer to this is important. New bleeding made need to be addressed but an old bleed changing its composition as it ages is to be expected.

Ov cysts r common: Ovarian cysts are common, in fact they occur every month you cycle. If they're simple, no worry.  If you're post menopausal, you'll need further evaluation.   You should discuss w/the doctor who ordered the scan.

Details: An MRI provides a very detailed picture of the soft tissue.  Because the soft tissue of muscle is different that the soft tissue of the bowels, which is different than the soft tissue of the blood vessels, etc., an MRI delineates all these different tissues very distinctly.
