Mismatched info: They way you mentioned it, seems like they are ischemic lesions from poor blood flow that may cause all the symptoms except tourette syndrome starts in childhood and can cause these symptoms too but not the recent MRI changes. Then you mention a lump in the breast? You need to see a neurologist first as soon as possible for proper diagnosis and treatment.
