Mouth rinse: Scope is not the optimal anti-bacterial rinse like listerine or salt water rinses or magic mouth rinse or other rinses.  Please consult your dentist.

i have enlarge taste bud at back of mouth with white tongue no pain and was using magic mouth wash but doesn't seem to be helping  mouth is also dry?

Don't delay in seeking professional evaluation.  Some taste buds are actually confused with lymph nodes which are part of the immune system

Altered taste sense: Lots of things can cause a change in taste sensation due to damage to the taste buds. Your taste sensation should return to normal over the next few days as the taste buds heal. If not, see your doctor.

What was the alcohol: content of your mouth wash? Mouth washes with high alcohol content can sometimes cause xerostomia (dry mouth). Saliva enhances the  ability to taste .  Thus, if you mouth was dry - it  could effect sense of taste.

i have a cute on the end of my tongue soon after i smoked meth , it has been no more then 2 days and it is white around the area i guess it is infected? how do i fix this, i have only tried mouth wash

I : I don't know if your tongue is infected or not. Usually an infected tongue is swollen and painful. White film could be thrush.  There are small bumps on your tongue called papillae. With an infection the papillae can flatten out and the area becomes sensitive.  Is there a chance that you burned your tongue? 
     Recommend gargling warm salt water several times to help kill germs.  Good oral hygiene is very important. If you are a meth abuse, you are less likely to attend to oral hygiene needs. If this is the case, it may be in your best interest to be medically evaluated and to determine if there is a need for antibiotics.

my tongue keeps peeling on the tip.  i have been using a andolex mouth wash and nystacid oral suspension but neither are making a difference.  i wake up three times a week with the tip of my tongue peeling and sensitive ?

Tongue peeling: Something appears to be damaging the surface of your tongue. Canker sores are a possibility. Also loss of the normal tongue papillae would cause a bald spot prone to peeling. An oral surgeon or a specialist at the oral pathology department at a school of dental medicine could evaluate and advise you best.

i've been having a constant salty vinegar taste on my tongue. i don't use whitening toothpaste or mouth wash, and i drink lots of water. what's wrong?

Acid reflux?: This could be acid reflux. One way to help confirm that is to try otc Prilosec to turn off the acid producing cells in your stomach. If the acid is leaching into your throat and mouth this medication should decrease or eliminate your symptoms. I would recommend you see a doctor for an official diagnosis whether or not the medication helps.
