Not usually: Several rashes can have stress related causes.  Usually a rash around the mouth is an infection or perioral dermatitis.  I would have the doctor check it.  It might need a prescription treatment.

: If you have exposed nerve tissue due to extensive decay not only would the pain be excruciating, but brushing decay and bacteria into the tooth could accelerate an infection. Please treat them before intolerable pain sets in.

Complex, unusual: HSV can cause nerve-related symptoms, but usually doesn't destroy nerves, so I would expect recovery. However, this is an unusual and complex problem. Such extesnive HSV1 infections can occur in healthy persons, but mostly in the presence of immune deficiencies, especailly cancer chemotherapy, radiation, etc. You need specialty care, e.g. infectious diseases, neurology, and/or otolaryngology.

i have red nerves inside the mouth near gums and uvula also has a red spot on it. also i found pink bumps on the back of my tongue .pls suggest ?

How do you feel?: If you feel fine and what you report are incidental findings, everything is probably normal or at least within normal boundaries. The pink bumps are papillae, most likely circumvallate papillae- Google it) and have slight redness on the back of your throat might indicate irritation, allergies, etc. and nothing to be overly concerned about. However, if you're not feeling well, see your physician.

Pain Constantly: It sounds to me like you should see a dentist as soon as possible. Bleeding gums and constant pain are not a good sign. I would suggest some Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for temporary relief, however, the pain and bleeding gums could be something more serious. Imagine if your hands were bleeding when you washed them. You would see a doctor right away. It is the same thing when your gums bleed.

Depends: Hard to answer your question without more information...
The question should be, did it cause any problems..  You should be able to tell when the anesthetic wears off.  The oral surgeon should have told you what to do or to look out for.
If there are any problems see the oral surgeon for appropriate care or referral.

Most of the time, this will result in an infection requiring a root canal.
Sometimes this occurs slowly over many years and is assymptomatic.

Facial pain: Managed much the same as nerve pain elsewhere.  Anticonvulsant medications like Lyrica (pregabalin) or Neurontin may help.  Nerve blocks can help.
