Few studies: Placing the film strip in the cheek space may provide more effective absorption. There are no studies using suboxone, but several with other drugs used this way.
Am  aware of no studies with food as an issue.

Most likely: you need to let the GI team know and decide with your Suboxone provider when to stop it. I'm not an expert in what they use for sedation, my guess is that they will give midazolam and Demerol (meperidine hydrochloride) for the procedure. prob stop bup 36h before procedure but please get your docs on board so they can anticipate any problems.

No: Don't waste your money on that. If you are obtaining Suboxone illegally you are breaking  federal law and it is a federal crime. Better to get into a legit Suboxone program and taper off legitimately. Always trying to scam the system to your own detriment. You are playing with a drug that could easily leave you dead if unsupervised by a physician. Is thatt what you really want for yourself?

45minutes-2days: The answer to this is complicated. When you start the Suboxone you are started on low dose because there is still some regular opiate (i.e. Oxycodone) in you. You should notice the initial 2mg in 45 minutes, after two days on Suboxone you can be on the normal dose (16mg a day) and you should notice the benefit that day.

Suboxone: You should be in a treatment program monitored closely by the doctor who is prescribing it and  some psychological support.  There's no particular reason to think of it as dangerous.
