Abscess/Cellulitis: Hard to say without seeing it. I would do some warm soaks with a warm wet towel to try and draw the puss out. If the redness continues to spread out from the bite or you see red streaks going up the limb then you need to see a doctor for antibiotics.

i have a lot of mosquito bites (20 in total) across my arms and legs. all have come up in large hard lumps and oozing yellow fluid. they all have a red radius spreading up to 2 inches around the bite. they are very itchy?

: It is best to prevent bites by using insect repellant on your skin prior to going out, or wearing clothes that covers extremeties to prevent bites. You could use over the counter hydrocortisone to reduce the itching; and I would suggest to avoid scratching because it actually increases the intensity of itching when you scratch.

Depends: Usually fluid does not come out of a mosquito bite. If you scratch it it may bleed if drainage is pussy it may be infected from scratching.Or it may not be a mosquito bite.

Doubtful: I suspect you scratched the bite (maybe in your sleep) and have serum oozing out. You could have a minor staph infection. Wash it with warm soapy water, apply antibiotic ointment and a bandaid and watch it closely for increasing redness, red streaks and increasing pain. If those things happen you may need an antibiotic.

Relax: With severe itch you may rub so vigorously as to cause a yellow, sticky discharge. When the itch stops you can stop scratching and they will heal. Water is good for this. Wash. Hydrocortisone cream, rubbing with ice may help. Rub with a wet aspirin [not coated] can help. If you have bacitracin, neosporin, or triple antibiotic, THROW IT AWAY.

General wound care: Insect Bites can be treated with washing, drying, application of antibiotic ointment and covering with a bandage. Change this bandage daily. If the area around the site shows outwardly spreading redness, see your Dr as it may be infected and require antibiotics.
