Dear stressed out:  Why use a narcotic medication if pain is not severe? Myprodols contains Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Codeine phosphate. Have you considered just taking Paracetamol or a NSAID?   I suggest this. Also consider using heating pad, warm bath or shower.  Can't say what cause of your pain is.

every month when i have my period i start out light but then it goes heavy so heavy i have to wear 2 overnight pads expecually at night my cramps are so severe most of the time i cant walk and i bleed for 21 days?

See below: Some of the weight loss is going to be from the baby and placenta. Some is going to be from the loss of the extra fluid that you gained during pregnancy. Most likely this is normal, especially if you gained a lot of weight during your pregnancy.  Keep an eye on it, but remember there are some people who never are able to loose the "baby weight" without diet and exercise.

Focus more on health and lab results than the number on the scale. Walking can be a great benefit also. You can do it.  Please see your doc first.  I see that you have had back issues.  Low carb and high protein works for some also.

A good guess: Knowing LMP and when you (with whom)  had sex can help narrow things. Ovulation is about day 14 on a 28 day cycle with 1st day=LMP.
